Ayurveda Basic Learning Course

Ayurveda is one of the oldest holistic healing systems of medicines. It is based on the fact that health and wellness depends on the delicate balance between the mind, body and soul. The primary focus of Ayurveda is to promote good health, rather than fight disease. According to Ayurveda, the Universe and the living or nonliving is closely connected. So, good health is in balance only when these (the five elements, tridosha, triguna, agni, tejas.ojas) are in harmony with the Universe. Ayurveda believes that man has got powers to heal himself and we can help him to discover his hidden powers by Educating the art of life- complete lifestyle guidance.
