Claudia Carballal is a Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology in the USA. From 2012 to 2018, Claudia obtained certifications in India and USA as Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-300), Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT500), and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP.
Claudia is a Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Science in Clinical Counselling Psychology in the United States of America, and a Manager at EISRA Wellness Center/PDI in India. She works as a bilingual and multicultural licensed therapist with training in the USA, Mexico, and India and splits her time in her private counselling practice and several healing modalities offered by the science of Yoga and energy work. She specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Existential Therapy with a focus on spiritual and wellness education, self-mastery, inner-work, and relationships. She was initiated by one of her spiritual teachers in India after receiving formal education in Classical Yoga Studies, Kriya Yoga, Vedanta, Sankhia, Healing Meditation, and several healing modalities for more than two decades. Claudia is the author of the book Yoga Pscyhology for Mental Health: A Guide to the Wisdom of Eastern Philosophy and Yoga Psychology for Mental Health and Healing.
A former International Law Attorney with a Master in International Law and Human Rights, Claudia worked as a Human Rights Activist and International Corporate Lawyer in the USA, including cases of domestic violence and human trafficking. After 15 years of legal and social work, she left the legal field to dedicate her life to helping people in their mental and emotional aspects and evolutionary path through counselling and coaching. With more than 30 years of experience, Claudia has transformed many lives through Yoga, Counselling, and Human Rights Advocacy.
Claudia obtained certifications in Ayurveda Lyfestyle Coaching in India and the USA from 2012 to 2018 and now provides guidance and coaching at EISRA Wellness Center/PDI to assist in the process of mental detox during and after Panchakarma with the goal of supporting the body-mind-spirit connection and the psychology aspect of Ayurveda as well as to encourage people to maintain the right mindset during Ayurveda tratments and in their lifestyle at home. pics:
