As a bilingual and multicultural counselor with three decades of experience working with international clients, Claudia blends various aspects of psychology and spirituality to support guests and patients at EISRA?PDI in their process of healing, growth, and introspection. Having studied under two Indian spiritual teachers over the course of two decades, and living at an Ashram in North India for one year, Claudia brings psychological and emotional integration of patients during ayurvedic treatments and consultations, providing grounding and self-awareness during their experience.
Claudia offers three types of consultations/sessions:
1) Cognitive Behavioral Skills Session
2) Transpersonal/Spiritual Counseling Session
3) Psychotherapeutic Meditation
Claudia is the founder of Siddhi Meditation Center and Spiritual Retreat in Goa, India, and the author of the book Yoga Pscyhology for Mental Health: A Guide to the Wisdom of Eastern Philosophy and Yoga Psychology for Mental Health and Healing.
A former International Law Attorney with a Master in International Law and Human Rights, Claudia worked as a Human Rights Activist and International Corporate Lawyer in the USA, including cases of domestic violence and human trafficking. After 15 years of legal and social work, she left the legal field to dedicate her life to helping people in their mental and emotional aspects and evolutionary path.
